Our Mobile Service Call-Out & Assessment Rates

To keep our pricing transparent and fair, our standard on-site call-out and diagnostic assessment fees are structured by region based on our mobile van dispatch zones:

  • Greater Durban Central: R350.00

  • Durban North & Umhlanga: R450.00

  • Ballito & Far North Coast: R550.00

Please note: The call-out fee covers our technician's travel, diagnostic equipment setup, and a full on-site inspection with an upfront repair quote. If you choose to proceed with our recommended repair on the day, this call-out fee is fully integrated into your final repair invoice.
