*Please note jobs are not charged on a "per job" basis we charge for hours, whether a job is complete,/ finished or not*3 Month warranty on labor. *3 month warranty on certain parts.
*Callouts are charged and waivered if a quote is accepted:

*Please note* *Spares may take up to 3 months or longer to ship. *If payment is not made for assessment or work, within in 3 days HMA has the right to to charge R17 per day for storage of unit. *If not collected after 3 months HMA will sell unit to defray costs.*No refunds
*Refunds take 30 days if agreed to.*Deposits are non-refundable* No job is guaranteed, if agreed to there are terms.
*HMA reserves the right to remove and parts fitted and not paid for. *Repairs can be take place in a long from i.e. a particular part may be required in order to find out that another part does not work not all assessment are repairs are guaranteed to work first time.
*Any call backs deemed to be customer error will be charged at our standard callout rates. Repairs do can be done straight away but can take up to a month*Please note some jobs are outsourced and the work will fall under the outsourced technicians portfolio, all comebacks or incomplete work must be directed towards them.
*Please note in some cases, the job is outsourced, although we may do the invoicing and quote the job will be under the liability of the technician that the work is outsourced to.
*We reserve the right to requote on a job as jobs are not always guaranteed, when fixing one component we might find that when that component works or is repaired another component may be damaged or be in need of replacement, as one component can only be tested when another component is in working order.
*If a refund is granted please note that up to 40% in cancellation fees may apply this is to cover travel, hours, fuel, spares etc.
A cancellation form must be signed in this regard.
*We also bare no responsibility for any injuries/costs caused before, during or after repairs.
*Very important, if any payment is made on a quote or invoice it is assumed that the customer/client has read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
